Q: Hello, I have a Samsung note 3 which has become unresponsive for a few days now. When I try to turn it on, the screen displayed is static. Sometimes when it does turn on, it lags and freezes at whatever is displayed. I went to a repair shop and they said that it might be a hardware problem. I was wondering if there was anything that could be done.
