Q: Good Afternoon! So I dropped my phone in the toilet about 4 days ago, and it immediately stopped working. The screen went white, but it was still responsive to the lock button, and I was on a call at the time, and I could still talk via my Bluetooth headphones. Now, the phone will not turn on, and if I try to charge it, the phone just gets warm. Is my phone still fixable? Also, how do I send it to you? I'm confused about how I would get my phone to you.
