Q: Friend gave me his 6S to repair. Was in the pool but I did not get until 4 days later. Gave it an alcohol bath but the screen's backlight was damaged (just saw a faint apple). Got a new screen for it and touch worked for a moment then stopped. Thought screen was bad so got 2nd one. Touch not working. There appears to have been corrosion near the screen's connector. And a missing chip cap/component. I fix these all the time even water damaged but this one is beyond me as I don't have the tools. Goal is at least make work - it does in fact work, just no touch and no rear camera. Let me know your thoughts and possible turnaround time.
