Q: Dear iFixYouri, I had my phone fixed at your store in Newbury Street a while ago. The phone has been acting up. Sometimes the screen becomes unresponsive. Sometimes the screen does not register the exact location of my touches on the screen. The phone also sometimes seems to type things and enter into apps on its own. I also have not been able to use the bottom side of the keyboard. The problems have been occurring on/off for a while. The front camera seems to be blurred as well, although I am not sure if that is a problem with the screen. However, the problem has been apparent since the screen change. I believe this has to do with a faulty replacement of my old screen. This is not a result of accidental damage, and I do believe I am still on the warranty to get a free screen repair. I have had my audio jack repaired by another third-party company about a month ago. The screen was unaffected after the audio jack repair, and behaved in the same manner as it had. Thus, I believe the problem is in the LCD screen. I am interested in a replacement. Thank you, Jordan Lai
