Q: Are you guys still providing this service? The most recent post I see is over a year ago. My iphone 6 was in my shorts when I jumped into a pool recently. I didn't even realize until I got out 10-15 minutes later. Needless to say, it won't turn on and I've tried the rice method for 2-3 days, and even tried Damprid for part of that time as well. Nothing. It won't even take a charge, just a blank screen and no noise (although it initially made a faint noise when I tried turning it on). It's been 5 days now since this happened. There's pics and video on it from our recent trip that hasn't been backed up. I'm also slightly hesitant since I've never heard of you guys and don't want to send it somewhere and never see it again (no offense). Can you help?
