Q: Would I have to backup/delete all of my files? What exactly does the repair service aim to fix, as my macbook is suffering extremely lowered speed performance. Would it fix that?

Hi, we always recommend if you have the ability to back up your device that you do so. The water damage repair service includes full diagnostics and ultrasonic cleaning. Once we receive your device at our repair facility, we will run a complete diagnostic test on it, run your circuit board through our state of the art ultrasonic machines. Upon completion, your laptop will be fully tested. If any other parts are damaged, we will locate the problem, and discuss it with you and get it repaired quickly.
