Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days after it arrives, plus shipping each way. We still work on the 1st gen Touch; there's just no dedicated listing, so send it under the free iPod Touch diagnostic and we'll quote the battery after testing. The 2nd gen battery repair on this page is $89.99 as of today.
