Order the charging port repair on this page ($199.99 as of today); we email a prepaid label, you ship it, we replace the port and ship it back, usually 3 to 5 business days after arrival. No need to erase it; a port repair doesn't touch data and we don't wipe devices. Since you're backed up, erasing is your call, but it isn't required.
