Q: We reformatted my Macbook A2141 and after it was done it wouldn't power back on. I replaced the battery, charged it and tried to power back on, but nothing is happening. I'm trying to find a company that can diagnose, quote and repair my laptop. Is this something your company can do?

Hello, we'd be happy to take a look at it. We'd recommend sending it in for diagnostics. You can send it in using our MacBook Pro Diagnostic service.
