Q: Update pro 12.9 gen 1 needs a new charging port will not charge. But since I’m sending it to you for this repair should I get the battery replaced? The battery seems fine but since it will be there and I have had it for a long time. Should I add this and how do I do it ? Thank you

We will test the battery when we receive it and let you know how it is doing. If it needs a new battery and you'd like to proceed with that repair as well, an updated repair quote will be sent to you. Since it would already be in for a repair, the second repair would be discounted. Hopefully that helps!
