Q: To whom it may concern, About 5 or 6 months ago my kindle fire HDX 7" was completely submerged in water. That day I had placed it in rice and I was never able to get it to work again. Not even turn on. I tried to contact amazon and was not eligible for a repair or replacement. Is my kindle still able to be fixed or is it gone for good? Please respond asap. Thank you for taking the time to read my email.
Kindle Fire Water Damage Repair Service

It is quite possible that your Kindle can be revived after being submerged in water. If we cannot get it to power up to a point where we can retrieve the data, you will pay nothing (other than shipping if you are a mail-in customer). Thank you for contacting iFixYouri.
