Q: The Microsoft store in my area said they could not fix my keyboard issue. It's not the keyboard, its hardware........Approximately, what do you charge for the repair on a Surface Pro 3? I am sure I am not the first customer that has had this problem. Just a estimate, seeing if its worth keeping or throwing in the recycle bin. Thanks. BTW, the computer works fine with a usb keyboard.
