So if I were to pay for a battery replacement does that include the charging port? I’m not 100% sure which is the problem with my iPod but it wouldn’t hold a charge and now just doesn’t even charge. Before that the port seemed finicky and would only charge if the cord was held in the port just right. I have a lot stored on this iPod I want access to and anything that fixes it would be amazing

The battery replacement and the charging port are separate services. There would be a discount for the second service. We will be able to tell you upon receiving the device if it was just the battery or the charging port as well. The diagnostic part of the service is free.
