Q: Seems like iPad Air 4 has backlight issue (VERY dim screen can only faintly see with flashlight) but no trauma to device (wasn’t dropped, no pressure/force applied anywhere, no water damage/debris, no previous repairs and no extreme heat or power surge). Apple won’t repair device, they will only replace for a hefty charge. Could you give me an estimate for backlight or backlight circuit repair? Thank you!
