Seems like iPad Air 4 has backlight issue (VERY dim screen can only faintly see with flashlight) but no trauma to device (wasn’t dropped, no pressure/force applied anywhere, no water damage/debris, no previous repairs and no extreme heat or power surge). Apple won’t repair device, they will only replace for a hefty charge. Could you give me an estimate for backlight or backlight circuit repair? Thank you!

Backlight faults on the iPad Air 4 are board-level work. We can't price it until it is on the bench, so send it in under the free diagnostic and we'll quote before any work. If you decline there is no bench fee, only return shipping.
