Q: MY surface pro 4 is not charging could that be caused by a bad battery .? it runs fine while plugged in. Is this something you can take care of.?

Hi Anthony, You may have a bad battery, which definitely can cause charging issues. Batteries tend to degrade over time and lose the ability to charge. Since it does work fine when plugged in, we'd lean towards it needing a battery replacement. We'd recommend sending it in to our mail-in center or bringing it to one of our walk-in locations for repair if you are near one of them.
