Q: My son dropped my iPhone 5c into the dog bowl and I'm not sure how long it was in the water. I put it in rice for three days but it did not power on. I'm just wondering if I should send it in or not?

Hi Trisha, we have a high success rate with water damage. Even on devices that have been in water/liquid for a long time. If we can not restore the phone's power and call function there is not charge to you.
