Q: My phone screen is blacked out and cracked all over, massive shock and drop. I tried shutting down and it actually took a picture, and my watch tells me I am connected via bluetooth. So I think it still works - can you fix this?

Showing you that it still connects is a good sign; it still can power up. I would recommend bringing it in or sending it in for a diagnostic. It may just need a new LCD, but we cannot say for sure until we diagnose the device. Please checkout the diagnostic service for your device. A shipping label will be emailed to you. Once we receive the device and diagnose it, we will send you a repair quote.
