Q: My phone had gotten wet, but still turns on. However, the silent button doesn't work. The home button works, along with the lock button. There is however some visible water damage under parts of the screen. The touchscreen doesn't work. Do you think you could fix that?

Hello, Chances are this can be repaired. We'd recommend bring it by one of our walk-in locations or utilizing our mail-in service. This would fall under our water damage repair service. You would select the service you need on our website, proceed through the checkout. You will then receive a shipping label. Print that out and send it on in.
