Q: My Note8 became suddenly unresponsive to almost any touch. If I press the POWER and VOLUME DOWN simultaneously, the screen with the options POWER OFF/RESTART/EMERGENCY MODE appears but, when I touch any of the options, the name of that option becomes surrounded by a square blue frame and nothing happens. I can charge the phone, but can't do anything else. Voices come from the phone, informing me of incoming calls or charging state, but I can't do anything. What should I do?

Hello... to me it sounds like your phone might have the voice assistant on. Please follow this video for the method to shut it off. If that wasn't it, please send it for a diagnostic. Hope this helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf2T4CmGbaw
