Q: My MacBook Air has water damage and missing keys. I am locked out of admin as I attempted to change password and accidentally checked box for random password......I can use in guest mode but have problem w keys continuously auto repeating. Can you get into system without password AND keyboard damage?

Hello, Unfortunately removing the password is not something that we can do. We can repair the keyboard for you though. We'd recommend sending it in for our diagnostic service. We can test everything including the keyboard and let you know what all it will need to get back to working condition.
