Q: My keyboard isn’t working and the only button that works is the on and off button. Doesn’t that mean that you will have to replace the laptop?

Keyboard repair is a different repair than water damage repair, but which service your MacBook needs would be determined once we receive and diagnose your device. It doesn't necessarily mean your laptop needs replacing, but our technicians would have to see it in person in order to figure that out. Please send it in for water damage repair.
