Q: My iPod classic 7th Gen works perfectly except for one problem: the volume doesn't scale correctly. From 0%-50%, the volume stays at about 50% but it sounds like the channels slowly fill in. Then, from 50% to 100%, it works perfectly. I've tried different headphones and resets, but nothing changed the outcome, so I'm fairly certain it's a hardware issue. I just wanted to try and verify before shipping it off, see if there's something else I could try first. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
