Q: My IPhone 7 Plus got wet when I forgot to take it out of my pocket and it was soaked with water in the laundry machine , I came home and checked it , I didn't know what to do , I tried to open it and worst of all , I charged it and when I took it to a phone shop , they said that if I didn't charge my IPhone in the first place then they would have fixed it better but for now , my IPhone is gone , I can only see it but not use it , Tragic .Do you guys have any more tips for me to fix my phone back?

Hi Tang, we'd have to diagnose your iPhone 7 Plus to tell you what exactly is going on, but we have had success in restoring these devices in similar situations in the past. You do not pay for the service unless we are able to power up your phone enough to access the data (you are only responsible for shipping costs as a mail-in customer).
