My Ipad Pro 12.9 3rd gen power port needs to be replaced and reset to factory settings as i forgot my password.  Would you be able to do it, I live in Houston, Texas

This page is a Lightning port repair, and the 3rd gen uses USB-C, so use the free 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2018) diagnostic instead. We'll quote the port after testing. We can't get around a forgotten passcode, so the reset would need your Apple ID. From Houston you mail it in.
