Q: My iPad Air 2 was dropped in the bathtub, after keeping it in rice for several days, it seemed to work fine. But then I realized that I wasn't able to charge it. I followed a few steps online on how to fix the charging problem by resetting it. Unfortunately this didn't fix the issue. The device is now out of battery and cannot be turned on. I wonder if you can run diagnostic and confirm if the device is repairable. Thank you, Bettina
