Q: My dad fell in the lake and then took a shower with his phone. Local repair shop said that it is serious water damage and would cost $160. Would your services cost more or less?

Hello, water damage can be unpredictable. It is possible that it may only need a good cleaning (which would be $49.99 if it works). If additional parts are required, they will be quoted, we will not proceed with those replacements until we get your approval.
