Q: Microsoft Surface Pro 7 purchased brand new in 2019 started having flickering/transparent screens about a year after purchase. It will resolve itself after a few minutes and then happen again at random. As I use this computer for writing and art almost exclusively, it is very disrupting to my work. Is this something you can help repair? What would the quote be?

Hi thanks for contacting us. We'd have to diagnose the Surface Pro to know for certain what was causing this issue. Your best plan is to send it in for a diagnostic. We would contact you then with a repair quote; we do not proceed with repairs without your approval.
