Q: I've had both the Apple Store and another 3rd party store say that the liquid damage my computer sustained on the charging side of my laptop would require the replacement of almost everything except the battery and quoted me at the 750$ rate. At this point I'm wondering how you could possibly help repair the logic board, lcd screen, etc without charging what they would or more? I don't want to send my computer in for 60$ only for you to tell me the same thing that they both told me. What are my options? Apple Store diagnostic: "liquid was spilled on the computer and it will power on but not boot. When I opened it I found that there was corrosion on the io board and MLB."
