Q: Iphone 7 is disabled and kid cant remember icloud, password, nothong. It is disabled due to trying to figure it out. Is there a way to unlock it from old ickoud and password? Like start over completely?

Hi Charles, while we can't bypass iCloud lock, we can point you in the right direction. We'd recommend going to iCloud.com and clicking forgot password. This will prompt you for the right steps to reset it. Hope this helps!
