Q: iPad pro 12.9" (3rd gen) A1876. Rarely used, but the last couple times I used it, I noticed the battery drained very fast when not plugged in. like within 15 minutes or so. finally, it stopped charging and now just a blank screen. took it to apple and they couldn't even communicate with it. Is this likely a battery? If I sent it in for a battery, will you confirm the battery is bad before replacing it? If it's something else, what will I be charged for diagnosing if I don't want it fixed?
