Q: If you guys have to charge the flat rate free of $300 to replace some parts, is that added on top of the $59.99?

Hi Chris, $300 would be the rate if your device needed full logic board repair(if actual components shorted out and failed on the board). It would be in addition to the $59.99, which covers the cleaning of the logic board. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we'll be happy to help you out.
