Q: ...if you can retrieve my photo/video library from my iPhone 3GS? The phone is non-working and is in several pieces. The screen is off and the guts are still inside the back case bezel. My son broke the phone because the screen started to pop out and then I put it away. Upon further inspection without taking everything out it looks like the battery ballooned up or out and left no room for the rest of the PCB. Is it possible for you to pull off my videos and photos? I don't actually need the phone fixed and just want the photos on a cd as you stated. Let me know if this is even an option. It has been setting in a lock-box for about 18-months and I am sure the battery would be dead too. Thank you
