Q: If the screen is damaged due to water then can it be repaired

Yes, we can repair water-damaged screens. Just bring (or mail with the shipping label created when you check out a water damage repair service) your device in, and make sure not to power it up or charge it. It may be the case that the screen requires replacement, and the internal components need cleaning; we won't know until we receive the device.
