Q: If I send my phone in for a charger port replacement and it turns out that's not what's wrong with my phone, then what happens? My phone keeps resetting every three minutes and after checking the logs, it said that it's because the charger port needs replacement, but I don't want to risk the money to repair it if it's not what's the matter with it.

All of our incoming devices undergo a diagnostic. If something other than the charging port is involved, we will run tests to discover what else is going on. If we find other repairs are required to get your phone running, we contact you first before going ahead with any repairs. That way it is up to you how to proceed. If you decide not to go ahead with repairs, you are only responsible for the shipping costs. Thanks for choosing iFixYouri!
