Q: If I send in my phone that has been water damaged to the point of being completely dead, can you recover the photos & files on it?

Hi Tashi, we have a high success rate with restoring devices that have been water damaged for a long time. We would have to see the device and examine the extent of the damage to see if we can recover the files and photos.
