Q: I used a waterproff pouch for my Iphone 5 and go snorkeling, but the water get in to the pouch. When I took the phone out, it already turned off. I put it on the rice for a day, but it still can't on. Can you fix sea salt water damaged? What should I do first? Can I try to charge it?

Hi Imelda, we recommend that you do not try to power the device on or off. Do not plug it in or try to use it. We have a very high success rate with water damage repair, even when the device has been in salt water. Please send it in to us as soon as possible so that we can process it through our water damage treatment.
