Q: I spilt water on my Macbook Air (newest edition) last might and now none of the keys on the keyboard work. The track pad still functions and the computer still turns on, it seems to just be the keyboard. I’ve left it upside down overnight, but the keys still aren’t working. Are the recovery rates for my computer high? If so, how long does it usually take to her my computer back, not including shipping time?

The pricing of water damage repair only varies if additional parts are required. If your laptop needed new parts, we would contact you before proceeding with repairs. We do have high success rates recovering water damaged computers. Repair times vary depending on repair queue, but typically we are able to get a computer back out within 2 business days once we receive it, as long as no parts need to be special ordered.
