Q: I spilled water on the 11 Mac book air.. Go the tool kit and tried to repair it myself, didn't work. If you guys can repair it I always see USD 300 max in the FAQ , does that apply to me as well. Also when you guys give me the estimate, an I pay that will guarantee that the computer will work when I get it back? No uncharges halfway through the process, correct? Thanks

Hi Kathrin, There are no charges halfway through the process. The $59.99 will cover cleaning of the device. If any other parts are needed, we would contact you prior to doing anything for your approval. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we'll be happy to help you out.
