Q: I recently performed a self repair on an iPhone 5C. The iPhone's touch screen would not work, and I have repaired the same phone with the same problem. I ordered a screen from a trusted seller on Amazon, performed the repair with no problems, turned the phone on, and the touch screen did not work. This makes me think that it might be a problem with the cable ports, which is a repair I can not do. I might be wrong about all of this also...please give me your input and let me know how much this repair would cost. Thank you, Quinn

Hi Quinn, can you send the phone in for a diagnostic? Our technicians will take a look at your phone and let you know exactly what is going on and how much it will cost to fix.
