Q: I have an ipod touch 5th gen that has over 800 pictures on it. That is all I want off of it. I tried to get the battery and charging port replaced already and it was mostly unsuccessful, but it went from not powering on at all to powering on completely. The issue now is a I cant get it to charge. It had 18% battery when I turned it on and it quickly died. All I want it for it to be powered on long enough to get the pictures off by either air drop or some other means. Data recovery services are way out of my process range. This device has some life in it, all I need is it to hold a charge for maybe an hour or so so I can get the pictures off. Can you and will you help me?
