Q: I have an iPhone 6 plus and the touch screen is periodically unresponsive. Also, it gets gray horizontal lines along the top 10% of the screen. There is no damage to the screen glass or phone as it has always been in an otter box. Pressure from the back seems to help. I took the phone apart and thought the ribbon cables could be loose. It seemed to help a bit but I think the problem is with the screen and digitizer itself. If that is the case, what is the cost of repair?
