Q: I have an iPhone 5. It was water-damaged. I dried as best I can by putting in rice and other water-absorbing stuff for about a week. I believe it is completely dry. When I tried to charge the phone, I can see the Apple logo but I failed to turn it on. Do you still think this can be fixed? Or is there any way I can do here to see whether this phone is salvageable or at least the data can be extracted?

Hi Ed, there is a chance that we can restore the phone. You will only be charged for successful water damage repair service if we can power on the device to the point of being able to retrieve data.. We do also offer data extraction services.
