Q: I have an iPhone 4 with water damage. I do not need the phone repaired. I would however like to recover the pictures and video from it. If you are able to do so, what is the approximate cost? Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark, in order to recover the pictures from your device we would need to process it through the water damage cleaning. You will only be charged for successful iPhone water damage repair service if we can power on the device to the point of being able to retrieve data.
