Q: I have an iPad Air 4 and it's got charging issues. I've had local technicians replace the port, the battery, and look at the motherboard and still couldn't figure out the issue. Will you guys take a look at it?

Hello, thanks for contacting us! Some new model iPads have a USB controller that goes bad. Perhaps that is the issue here; we'd have to perform a diagnostic to know for sure.
