I have already tried turning it on, charging it,and pressing buttons; basically everything you said not to do. However, this was all before I four f out that it had water damage. It worked for a few days after water spilled on the keyboard protector, but then it shut down. It won't charge, nor will it give any sign of life. Can it still be salvaged even after a month or two of just sitting there?

Even if you have tried powering the device on or charging it, chances are we can fix it. Regardless of the amount of time it has sat not being used, we'd still definitely recommend sending it in for our repair service.
