Q: I have a Surface Pro 4 i7/16GB/512GB. For some reason it absolutely, positively will not boot to the UEFI menu. The usual power+volume up or down combination does not work. Neither does trying to access the UEFI menu from with the Windows Settings. It boots into Windows just fine, however UEFI firmware updates do not succeed. In device manager the UEFI firmware driver is flagged with an error (Error 10). Any ideas? Have you encountered this before? Do you have a way of resetting it? Thanks
