Q: I have a Surface 2 that was erratic starting up when pushing the switch. Eventually it won't start. It appears to take a charge (connector lights when connected). I've tried the suggested holding the volume up button while pushing power button. I've also tried connecting via USB cable to another computer for charging. No luck. Does this sound familiar? Can it be repaired? What would a typical cost for this repair be? Darryl Bergerson 612-991-0174 d.bergerson@centurylink.net
