Q: I have a iPhone 5c, It has a green oval glowing area in the center of the screen. That's the best way I can describe it, then yesterday, I noticed there are a few horizontal lines running across my screen and on the left bottom corner, it has a solid black nip, on the corner. The black nip, looks as if a mouse took a nip of the corner of the screen. I know that didn't happen, it's just the best visual I can try and relay to you. Or, I could give the commonly known "blond response" to add a little humor to the problem = how did mice get in my phone, and are you a no kill removel service for iPhones with mice? Because if there that small they have to be baby mice. Oh no, I'm scared to use my phone now, what If I use my phone will I squish the baby mice by pressing the screen accidentally, Ha ha? Back to the issue with my phone, what is causing this problem and what would you do to repair the issue? Is this a common problem with my model of I phone 5c? Are you certified to work on iPhones?

Hello, Gary, this is Jordan from iFixYouri! It is common that these things do happen from time to time! its seems like you'll need a glass and LCD replacement on your device which will run you $49.99 plus tax (price as of Jan 2019). We do work on iPhones all the time, but we currently have no official certification from Apple.
