Q: I have a Hero 10 Black. My Go pro only turs on when I connect it to power, then it proceeds to show 'Cold battery alert'. After it's on while still plugged in, pressing record causes the screen to go blank but it still records everything. And even when plugged in it doesn't charge or show the charging red button. Can you fix it?
