Q: I have a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (Purchased 2019) I hardly use it and all of a sudden it does not charge anymore when I plug it in the charging icon appears and starts flickering but never charges. Can this be fixed or do I have to purchase a new device

We'd like to help you out with this problem; it sounds like we would need to run some diagnostics to pinpoint what the issue is. We recommend sending your device in for a diagnostic service. From here, we could provide an accurate assessment of what would be required to get your Galaxy Tab running again. If you would like to continue with this, please checkout any Galaxy Tab diagnostic service. A shipping label will be emailed to you, and after we receive your tablet we begin diagnostics and send you our findings, and from there you can choose to proceed. We hope this helps!
